Little Stars welcomes children ages 3 and 4. Under 8 is for ages 5 to 7, while Under 10 is for ages 8 to 10.

How Much Does Basketball Registration Cost?

Registration only costs $179.99 plus HST, or $206.99 total. Optional packages with a T-shirt or basketball jersey are also available based on the player’s age group.

How Do I Register My Child for Basketball?

Beginner-friendly Sessions

Big Basketball Dreams Begin on the Courts of St. John’s

Saturday mornings are for sneakers, bouncing basketballs and a gym full of young players ready to give it a go. Rising Stars NL Youth Sports offers three age-based kids’ basketball programs at North Point Sports in St. John’s, NL.

Children learn through movement, practice and plenty of encouragement, with a welcoming place for beginners at every level.

Tiny Dribbles, Mighty Giggles with Little Stars

Ages 3 and 4 explore movement, simple skills and basketball through playful games.

Pass, Play and Grow with Under 8

Ages 5 to 7 add new skills, teamwork and early gameplay together.

Handle, Hustle and Shine with Under 10

Ages 8 to 10 practise handling, footwork, shooting and confident team play.
